Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

- From Parma Giuseppe Verdi airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the Aeroporto Giuseppe Verdi stop to the Viale Toschi Via Bettoli stop, about a 7-minute walk from the property.
- From Parma train station, you can reach the apartment by walking for 10 minutes;
- If you travel by car, parking is not included. However, it is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue stripes) or at the Fratti Duc garage in via Largo Torello de Strada 11, a 5-minute walk from the property.
