「The room smelled but other than that it was okay」

「The plumbing was awful. Had to keep flushing. Furniture is old,but they are suppose to be renovating soon. But staff was great. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Need more options of meat.」

「The staff was nice but bathroom wasn’t cleaned was woke up by police early in the am bagging on another guest door room service never came phone didn’t work dirty rags and towel left in room from previous guest the ceiling looked like it was about to fall in」

「We stayed her for ECU parent weekend because it was reasonable but 37 min away from the school. Staff were accommodating and the room was comfortable with a smart tv which my husband was thankful for. It' s good alternative to paying triple the price compared to Greenville prices for Parent weekend.」

「Michael took care of our every need. It was our first stay but will not be our last!」

「Two night stay and everything was above and beyond. Lady checking me in was friendly and helpful, excellent service here. The room was very well cleaned, smelled fresh and was decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, generous and thoughtful. The breakfast attendant lady was great, very kind. I will definitely be staying here again when in Greenville. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for taking good care of your guests!」

「The staff was friendly and helpful . would’ve loved to have had a complementary breakfast, even if it was only a continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the days that we stayed at the property, the weather was against us and it rained so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool an the hot tub that looked lovely enough. To bad there wasn’t and indoor facility for us to use.」

「👍」

「Great location, especially if needing to be close to the hospital. The Bistro staff was wonderful and the food was quite good. The Only issue was room cleanliness could be better but the management staff was quick to resolve our issue.」

「Very clean very nice」

「They have been working on the rooms. We have stayed several times and have seen how the room renovation has been done. The rooms are clean. They staff can be accommodating. No pool. Do not count on their a breakfast service.. only store bought muffins. They offer hot and cold cereal but don't offer milk to go with. Coffee is weak at best no other choices. No fruit offered. This is why I only give 3 stars.」

「Evident they are in the process of renovating. We had no Kleenex no chairs, no rod in the closet, and the lamp was filthy with the light bulb dangling from the electrical wires but it did work. No working phone in the room and saw no evidence of housekeepers anywhere. Hopefully, not all rooms are as deplorable as was our room.」
