Overall had a very good stay. Hotel is in a good location as close to beaches and shops. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good choice of breakfast and dinner options.

Good sauna world between beach and the city centre

We have stayed here several times. Allways a pleasant stay with the sauna world, gym and good breakfast. Friendly and smiley staff mostly - at breakfast the older female staff were though quite crancy as the younger ones had great attitude. The pillows are a bit on the too soft side. Premises well kept.

Lovely place to stay in Pärnu

Comfortable room with great spa facilities. We booked this last minute as part of an Estonia trip. The outside was a bit “Soviet” style architecture which was off putting but the inside had been beautifully redone. Spa and saunas an added bonus. We really loved them and it’s not our usual choice. Staff knowledgeable and super helpful. By large hotel standards the breakfast was ok rather than great.

Modern hotel with access for guests to the spa and its 5 saunas and pool. Extra charge to access the pool with dead sea salt extracts was worth it. Great breakfast buffet included.Highly recommended.

I had been to this spa for a few days 11 years ago and wanted to return. Stayed for 2 nights to relax at the spa and be close to the beach. It was fun. Too expensive though. Booked way in advance. Had to pay small upgrade on the spot to get a balcony so we could chill outside after the spa. Next time I would stay at a cheaper hotel and get a 3 hour pass here.

Nice spa hotel between beach and city center

We have been here before so knew what to expect. The hotel has nice, comfortable rooms and the breakfast is good as well. The spa world has many different saunas and is open until 10 p.m. Location is good and there is free parking on the other side of the road.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

The spa and restaurant were absolutely great. Breakfast was the best and you wereabke to order it to your room. Rooms were quite dirty and out of date, especially bathrooms. Common areas looked high-class and clean.

I opted for a suite rather than a room for a 110€ difference. This came with perks: free parking (normally 20€), free access to the dead sea pool (normally 9€ per person), free minibar (free booze and water). The level of comfort was great as we could host our friend in the living room area. The spa complex is excellent with great sauna choices and the restaurant had great food for a rather affordable price.

We had a great 2 night stay in August 2024 and the highlight was the waters/saunas on the property. We used the facilities every day and it really exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk to the historic town as well as the beach. Parnu itself is quite lovely and was a fantastic restful few days in the middle of a long trip. We would definitely stay there again! We knocked off a star because the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Dated but clean.

Very good hotel for business

Perfect place for my one night business trip. You can workout in the gym that has everything included and afterwards go to the sauna and relax at the spa. Reception spoke many languages fluently so for international travellers it is a good plus. Breakfast is wonderful. Wifi is included and fast. I warmly recommend this place. Only downsize is the paid parking (10 euros for 24h) but that was to be expected.
