Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "

"The restaurant was closed because it has no chef and so we had to drive to a sister hotel close by. If we had known this prior to the stay, we would have cancelled the booking as we specifically wanted to eat on premises after a long drive. "
