"For an airport hotel, it’s fine. It was quiet and clean. The airport shuttle service is very good. The continental breakfast was good, but priced a bit high."

"The male at the front desk was rude and inattentive. I paid for my father's room before checking into my own. Only ten minutes later, when my father arrived and explained I was the one who had just paid for his room, the same man on staff still tried to charge my father for his room a second time. The two women on staff were very kind and helpful though. The hotel was clean. However, the location isn't very secure. It's in a run down, isolated area. It's never a good sign when they have blinds on the exterior of all the hotel windows to block the view (the back of a warehouse). The rooms also have a small 3 centimeter step up into the bathroom, which is easy for anyone to trip on and fall, and very dangerous for elderly people. In my bathroom, the drain didn't work in the shower, so there was a bathtub filled with water."

"Bed was to small, there was a problem with my credit card when I booked so gave another card and somewhere is went from dollars to franc and so the day I checked in orbitz rate was $285 and They changed my 315 francs or $400. When I noticed it I talked to the worked name Ocean she was rude and said I already paid so too bad. the bed is very short, and it is old and leans where everyone sits on the bed in the small room. Breakfast is bread, lunch meat and juice. Scrambled eggs, hotdogs and pork and beans. below par. won't stay there again. they are dishonest, rude and the shuttle starts at 7 am and you need to be at airport for international 2 hours early, so we had to walk."

"Handy hotel for Geneva airport with free airport shuttle, although we were unable to work out how to get it from the airport to the hotel. Family was very sizeable and well laid out with 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen. Would recommend for a night before a flight. Only disappointment was the restaurant offerings, which were average quality and expensive."
