Arrived at the VRBO and was immediately greeted by cigarette smell and mustiness. The condo was very cluttered and looked as though someone lives there. The fridge has open sticks of butter, leftover food in a Tupperware in the bottom of the fridge. Also balled up foil.

Host experience was horrible. No heat in the place so we couldn’t stay there. The steps to get inside the place were full of snow so we had to clean them off. He didn’t seem to care that we didn’t have heat, he told us that he had a bunch of heaters & we should use them. Heaters can’t heat a whole ...
