    This Cycladic style traditional house (ToPano home) is located in an amazing panoramic position within the "ISLA", a private complex of three properties perched uphill from the famous Marcelo Beach (1 km away) and is only 3.1 km away from the port of Parikia. The house enjoys access to private terrace which offers drinking and dining with panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the spacious outdoors.
    There is plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the big shared pool. All the areas of the complex, such as the barbeque area, the dining area by the pool, etc, are accessible and free for common use.
    This house is built on three levels and consists of three bedrooms, two twin bathrooms, one big living room and a full equipped kitchen.
    From the upper ground level entrance you enter to the living room, the kitchen and the first bathroom. From this level, you can have access to the big terrace with a great view to the open sea.
    The middle ground level has a bedroom with a semi-double bed and a single bed. You can find the second bathroom in this level.
    The lower ground level has two bedrooms, with double bed in each.
    Each bedroom has both air condition and ceiling fans.
    The house is fully equipped. Fresh sheets and towels (for internal, not for the pool or the beach) are provided.

We had a phenomenal stay and felt right at home almost immediately. It was a great space for 5 adults. We loved the location and the views. Kostas went about and beyond to make us comfortable and even pre-stocked the fridge with basics. We would absolutely return again!

Perfect

Location is excellent. The house and pool facilities are well kept and maintained. Kostas is the perfect host who gives you plenty of privacy but also good tips for restaurants, shopping etc and is on hand within minutes if there is something you need.

Family trip to Paros

Amazing location, central within island and to main port of entry; house was incredible with breath-taking views, incredible pool with views of the island/port, numerous areas to relax and take in the view, and nicely air conditioned rooms for peaceful sleeping. Would go back for sure. Kostas was an amazing and gracious host who was available and gave great advice.

Beyond expectations

My friends and I were at Kostas for 5 days and no words can describe what a great time we had. From the early communication until our very last day exceeded our expectations, not only because the house is exactly as charming and cozy as described, but the view and hospitality are another level. I can't thank Kostas and his friend George for the great time we had, and i definitely look forward to go back in the near future.

Das Haus und die Poolanlage waren fantastisch, die Küche war super ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank für den Start gefüllt. Die Insel hat uns sofort verzaubert und wir haben sie mit dem Auto erkundet. Wir haben einzig die Zufahrt zum Haus zu bemängeln - die Strasse ist zum Teil in sehr schlechtem Zustand.

Great property/location in Paros

We loved the view and location of the property. Large pool, incredible views of the Sea and sunset. Like our own private resort!! Only a few minute drive to town of Parikia. About 20 min drive to Naussa and less then 30 min to anywhere else on island. Kostas, the owner was great. He was very responsive and met us for a check in tour. He was also spot on for recommendations on excursions, sites and restaurants. Plenty of room for a family of 3-4. AC and hot water worked great!

Une semaine inoubliable à Paros

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable en famille chez Kostas qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et qui est de bons conseils ! L'endroit est idyllique, la vue imprenable permettant d'assister à de magnifiques couchés de soleil. La maison est spacieuse, tout confort avec peut-être quelques améliorations possibles au niveau des douches (débits capricieux lorsque plusieurs personnes utilisent simultanément les deux salles de bain). Mais cela relève plus du détail pour que tout soit parfait :) La localisation nécessite bien d'avoir une voiture de location mais permet d'être au calme tout en restant proche de toutes les commodités.

Cute Greek Stay

We were lucky enough to have stayed in this very cute Greek accommodation. Pool was a great size, accommodation was clean and Kosta was very responsive and friendly. Without him guiding us to the accommodation we would had totally missed it, as google map takes you somewhere totally off track. After we were shown how to get there it was easy. We love the location, as it is away from the hustle and bustle of tourist and central to beaches and eateries. The view was to die for, as you can see the harbour/port. Just beware, two downsides was the size of the bathrooms, especially if you are tall, as it is quite small and the ant situation in the kitchen area. It is manageable, just need to ensure no crumbles are left out. Overall, it suited our family, as we were lucky enough that we had the pool all to ourselves during our stay.

A stay in Grecian paradise !

Fabulous location, clean , airy villa on small complex with all amenities as described. The barbecue area was fantastic and a lovely view. Pool and day beds /loungers was very welcome after days exploring. The kitchen had all amenities except dishwasher. Washing things provided. Communication with Kostas was easy from booking. The villa had a welcome pack which was thoughtful and appreciated. Kostas provided great suggestions for places to visit, local shops and supermarkets and restaurants. Area secure with security gate you are given a fob for. Could not have had a better host with all queries answered very quickly. You need to hire a car to get to this location easily. Taxis can be expensive but are available easily if you want to wine and dine out of the villa. Paros and Parikia are fantastic and we hope to be back. Thank you Kostas for a fabulous stay and for being a brilliant host. 🇬🇷❤️

Paradise in Paros

My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful home in Paros! The location, amenities, view etc. were amazing and our charming host, Kostas made it that much more enjoyable. Kostas is very accommodating with attention to detail. Upon arrival, he stocked our refrigerator with a few staples; eggs, juice, bread, Nutella, ham, cheese and a lovely bottle of wine. He was very helpful with restaurant and beach suggestions. He and his family are so hospitable all around lovely. The home itself is perched on a hill with unobstructed views of the water and town. The pool was a delight after long days at area beaches. The house was very spacious for the four of us and our teens enjoyed having their own rooms. I highly recommend a day trip to nearby Antiparos, (5-10 min. ferry ride) so charming. Nearby Naoussa is also a gem! You will need a car to get around to all the sights/beaches etc. We would definitely stay here again. Loved every minute of it, including our hosts. Thank you Kostas!

Belle maison style cycladique avec belle vue mer

Une belle maison bien équipée, avec une grande piscine partagée et belle vue mer. Le propriétaire, Kostas, est extrêmement sympathique et très bienveillant. Quelques précisions à apporter toutefois : - Le propriétaire vit sur place dans un logement au bord de la piscine, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas et qui peut être gênant. - La cuisine commune (ombragée) au bord de la piscine est finalement occupée par le propriétaire et sa famille. - Il y a relativement peu d'ombre aux heures cruciales (petit déjeuner, déjeuner) y compris sur la terrasse privative et se réfugier dans le salon n'est guère possible car non climatisé (seules les chambres le sont). Rajouter 1 ou 2 parasols au bord de la piscine serait sans doute utile également. - Le chemin d'accès à la maison est en mauvais état ce qui peut surprendre. Au final un beau séjour, mais pour lequel nous nous attendions à un niveau de standing un peu supérieur compte tenu du prix de la location.

Paros Paradise

Kostas and Vaggelis were both helpful in getting my party and myself set up in the Villa. They provided some staple items to tie us over to avoid going to the supermarket right away. Delicious bottle of wine provided! The villa was clean and tidy. Each bedroom had an air conditioner with comfortable beds. The view from inside the villa and by the pool was stunning. We had no problems with the internet. Definitely take Kostas’s advice and rent a car. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone coming to Paros.

Everything was perfect!

I stayed with my friends in Kostas’ beautiful place! It was up on a quiet hill, removed from the hustle and bustle of Parikia with the most spectacular view over the port. The home was so lovely - it was clean, spacious, had great aircon and comfortable beds. The pool was excellent! Kostas was an incredible host. Communication was the best I’ve had and his help with top beaches/restaurants was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Kostas!

Girls trip

This is a lovely 3 bedroom home with beautiful multiple terraces and a pool in the countryside that requires the use of a car to get around the island. We were met at our car rental place across from the ferry port by the hosts cousin (thankfully) as getting to the house for the first time might have been confusing.. GPS on Iphones worked fine though. Communication with the host was very responsive and usually within minutes.. The beds were comfortable and Wifi adequate. Would definitely stay here again. Tranquil, comfortable, gorgeous views and comfy.

Simply fantastic!

A stunning location overlooking Parikia harbour. Everything as described. Lovely aircon in the bedrooms made for a comfortable nights sleep. Kostas was very personable and helpful. He booked a restaurant for us to see the annual pirate festival at Naoussa and was very responsive with any queries. Lovely touch of welcoming food supplies and a bottle of wine. We sat out some evenings eating dinner and watching the sunset and the boats. Large clean pool - shared at times with people in the other houses but often we had the pool to ourselves. We’d definitely come again. Highly recommended!

Magnifique séjour

La maison de Kostas est située à 2km du centre de Parieka, adorable petit port. Elle est au calme et sur les hauteurs, la vue y est magnifique. Prendre un verre face à des couchers de soleil somptueux est inoubliable. Elle est spacieuse et confortable, la piscine est de belle taille, très agréable. Kostas est plein d'attention et très disponible, l'accueil est parfait. Je recommande ce logement.

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

This was our first time in Greece and the Cyclades Islands, so we didn’t know what to expect. Our kind host Kostas did everything to put out minds at ease, providing detailed information about arrival on the island of Paros and how to get to the accomodation. The accomodation itself is about a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the main port of Parikia. We took Kostas’ advice and hired a car, which allowed us to get to all of the best locations on the island within 30 minutes. The great thing about the location is you can still walk into town if you want some exercise or down to a lovely sheltered nearby beach in about 10 minutes. Also, at the time of year we visited there can be quite breezy northerly winds that whip other parts of the island, but our vill’s location is in a sheltered bay which means you can sit by the pool or spend time at the local beach without being blown away! Our host’s recommendations for beaches , restaurants and things to do were outstanding. You should definitely reserve the restaurants as they are very good and very popular, especially Siparos in Naousa. The accomodation, consisting of 3 villas with private terraces and balconies, is peaceful and sufficiently away from other guests ensuring peace and quiet. The pool is much bigger than it appears in the photos and has a lovely view across the hills and down to Parikia. The rooms are tidy and spacious, beds are comfortable, , internet is a good speed and there is airconditioning and also fans in the rooms. Basic supplies for breakfast were provided as well as some drinking water on arrival. There is a reserved parking spot for each villa. At the time of the year we visited, our host was staying in the property with his young sons and we were made to feel very welcome by the family. We would definitely recommend this as a peaceful and spacious place to stay if you are looking to visit Paros and don’t want to be in the crowded town.
