Room nice. Have to be careful with step to bathroom during the night. Hotel 10-15 min from downtown. Shuttle service with set times was nice touch. Customer service was great. Wonderful buffet breakfast on a really nice terrace. Overall great hotel.

Our family of five enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff is fantastic and everyone from the manager to the front desk to the servers went above and beyond to meet our needs. They offered terrific recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit on the island, and all met or exceeded our expectations. The chef prepared fresh, delicious meals and a hearty breakfast buffet was provided each morning. We found to difficult to leave this lovely resort and look forward to visiting again one day!

Highly recommend this hotel , which provides luxury without breaking the bank. Location above Krios beach is awesome and we really enjoyed which is well done and good quality. The staff is also very attentive and very nice..
