Run by two sisters from Austria, the studios blend traditional island charm with modern amenities, creating a cozy, relaxed atmosphere – perfect for all types of travelers: couples, families, friends, or solo travelers, whether for a

    short stay, a stopover, an extended vacation, or a long-awaited workation.

    Cozy Accommodation with Comfort

    The 53 m² stylishly decorated studio, with attention to detail, features a living/sleeping area with 1 single bed, 2 double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and one bathroom,

    offering space for up to 5 people. This studio apartment features 2 private balconies for evening relaxation.

Great location and hosts

The hosts were exceptional. The sisters were incredibly responsive to our requests and very helpful. The property is well-maintained with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The location is great since it is within walking distance of Lividia beach, the port, restaurants, and shops. We would stay here again.

Best stay in Paros

Our family stayed at the Adelfia Studios in July, and it was so relaxing. Our flight arrived early before checkin time and even though our room wasn’t ready, the owners were so kind and hospitable and made us feel at home until our room was ready. The studios are so clean and tastefully decorated, and we were able to relax in our studio after spending the days at the beach and exploring. We strongly recommend anyone who visits Paros to stay at Adelfia Studios, and if we are back in Paros we will definitely stay there again!
