It is a 10 min. drive away from the popular beaches of Hrysi Akti (Golden Beach), Punda and the villages of Drios, Piso Livadi and Marpissa.
It consists of 2 separate and autonomous houses and is situated on a 4000 sq.m. plot of land. Each house accomodates 4 guests in an area of 120 sq.m. plus 80 sq.m. of basement and features an internal atrium around which the main living spaces are organized. The ground floor is surrounded by large terraces towards the sea view.
