「La recepcionista al llegar y al salir pésima atención y muy groseras, se pasan por alto por las instalaciones.」

「I booked a room for 2 nights to be paid at arrival, but they canceled my reservation without previous notice just because they couldn’t take a warrant from my credit card, left me with no room available by the time I arrived. I was only notified when I arrived to the hotel for check in, and all rooms were fully booked!」
