“Great place to go if you travel alone”

“I’ve stayed on two different occasions when traveling to BA. Great property, value for money paid is excellent. Clean, friendly receptionist and secure building. Will continue to stay here when I travel to BA. Neighborhood is good and access to public transport is short distance away.”

“I booked a room showing with “City View”. However it is found out that the windows look towards walls of its hotels building, which is completely no view at all and differed from its advertisement. I asked for taxi pick-up a few days before through email from AEP airport but received no reply. I asked again during first day of stay but taxi didn’t show up and I have to call Uber myself at 2:00 a.m. The experience is very bad for me, even if I got a pleasant stay for the first day.”
