「O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada. No bar e restaurante não havia uma única opção de vinho tinto, só brancos, o que é bastante complicado nessa época de frio intenso, quando os tintos caem muito bem. Creio que seja um período de...

Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. 」

「The hotel was an adventure in it of itself. Enjoyed wondering the grounds and it is not a far drive to the town. Room was quite spacious. 」

「A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters. Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road. In all a very enjoyable stay」

「Everything was immaculate..big bathroom big bed..felt like a cozy home...big lit wooden fireplaces were inviting and took the chill of the night away.. the hosts were very kind and accommodating..breakfast was full of fresh pastries and fruit」
