"First off, when I booked a room in this hotel, my room was supposed to be with a window view with 2 beds and air conditioning. When I arrived and it was time for me to check into my room, I got a very but very small room with no windows and a fan. I felt claustrophobic and I felt like I was in box. And on top of that, my room had not a single towel. I was very disappointed and went to speak to the front desk. Although they offered me some alternatives, I still needed to pay out of pocket for the alternative choices they were giving me, despite that I had proof of the room I was set to have through my actual purchase. A day later, the handle of the shower decides to stop working and ends of flooding the bathroom. Once again, I was very disappointed. I only had breakfast daily here and it was ok, nothing crazy. Overall, this hotel did not meet or exceed my expectations."

"Encantadores en pocas palabras. Tengo la suerte de tener que hospedarme en muchos hoteles por mi trabajo,pero poquísimos con la calidad y cariño de este staff. Un gusto que sea en mi pais, y con el norte de hacer las cosas bien y con pasión. Nota: El desayuno montañero 100 Puntos"
