「We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. 「The highlight of this property is its location. The very swimmable beach is within view and just a few hundred steps away. You can not have closer accommodation. If the ocean is not your thing there are three pools in the courtyard just outside the door of L1.Inside the unit everything you require for day to day living is there. Everything works.
