「I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard before my arrival. The towels had visible stains, the bed sheets were also stained, and there was pubic hair left in the shower. Seeing multiple cleanliness issues throughout the room immediately raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the property. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation when checking into a hotel, and unfortunately that standard was not met. It...

「Clean room and easy parking」

「Spend more $$ and stay elsewhere. The beds were equivalent to sleeping on a pc of plywood. I spilled a little water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the rag was filthy. I dont think the floors have ever been washed. Our outside door didnt line up so we couldnt keep it open because bugs were coming in through the gaps. There was mildew in the shower on the ceiling. It was extremely noisy. Could hear every little thing outside. ..this should be rated as a 1 star and thats being generous. I...

「Unfortunately when we got to the hotel, it is no longer called Super 8 and the reservation that I made I made in March was not transferred over to the new hotel owners. So there was NO reservation for us - luckily they had room. Please change over the name and info to the new hotel to alleviate any challenges. 」
