The young man at reception was very polite and helpful. Check-in process was seamless. Rooms are very simple, a bit dated, but clean. Bed was comfortable. No cable tv, just Roku, which is a streaming service. Breakfast was toast, cereal, muffins and fruit - simple but enough to start the day. The hotel was perfect for what I needed (a one stay in Parry Sound), and inexpensive compared to the big chain hotels in town.

The bed was so comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful to me when I thought I had lost my phone! It was in my hoodie pocket! They even helped me get up a steep step by giving me a hand.! They also retrieved a bottle of water my husband had left in the fridge. If I could give the staff a six rating I would!

Good location. I was there on a long weekend and parking was a bit of a challenge. My room overlooked a phone tower and industrial building.... And the train... It was a fairly busy line with frequent horn blowing and train noise through the night. That distracted from the overall experience with the sleep interruption. Other than that.... A good place to stay.

The breakfast that was included was very basic - We went to the cafe across the street! Otherwise, the room was fine. Conveniently located in the center of town and parking right outside the room was nice

It was all fine and appropriate for the price. However I was unable to reach staff from the front desk phone where instructions were to call zero if no one was at the desk. On two occasions I couldn’t reach staff by phone. I want to compliment the young staff member who opened the breakfast room for us when we were late. Very kind and polite.

This hotel is alright. AC worked well, water pressure in the shower was good, and the bed was firm but fairly comfortable. My only gripe was the price. This is a $150-$160/night maximum experience, not $275. Didn’t have a choice as it’s what was available for a wedding, but definitely not a place I’ll be back at.

Room was clean, everything worked and was up to date. No sound/noise issues. Its not a place to compare to IHG regarding price or level of standard. Although the price (due to the season) is about the same. A decent sleep nonetheless.
