Room was very disgusting. There were used towels in the bathroom that was dirty. The bed sheets had blood stains and other stains on them. It was hair in the bed and on the pillows. There were roaches all over. The bathroom shower was dirty, shower curtain looked like someone cleaned the floor with it. There was pee on the bathroom seat. The room was just disgusting.

I had to move from my original room into two other rooms to get a working TV. The shower fell apart upon trying to turn the shower on. The rugs in the hallway are filthy & stink. I killed four cockroaches within the first 20 mins in the 1st room. I canceled my second night reservation, which I will be seeking a refund for. The place is disgusting. The staff was courteous & tried to help.

Terrible place too much noise , the dirties place I have been the toilet, the bathtub no working tv, no iron or hangers , no eating table , the bed uncomfortable and last roaches all the the bathroom , the microwave the fridge and the bedroom . I don’t know why the health department that doesn’t look in it, took some pictures and it looks like they lead pain in ceiling bathroom, please don’t book anyone in that place is horrible . The building is old and if you're not observant you could miss the entrance from the main road. It is not lit properly and the sign is small. The room had an old smell to it and the way the AC/Heater was placed was not user friendly. The room had a lot of cosmetic damage such as stains, small holes, and tiles missing that were not properly repaired. Plus there were roaches in the room. You could hear the other tenants arguing through the walls or the kids running around yelling in the halls. The management was not friendly. They were constantly trying to charge me for my service dogs (which is illegal) and did not believe me when I said they were service dogs. They also kept asking for papers that said they were service dogs which is illegal. Do not stay here.
