“Rooms are great but they sent wrong address so had to double taxi fares at night and with elderly parents. Then they didn't answer the WhatsApp phone number or text that they said to use in emergencies, had to get security on a monitor involved. Could have been avoided if they had better instructions on how their door locks work and that the lights never turn green.....Very upsetting!!! Rooms are spectacular afterwards”
