「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「An excellent location to stay in Cusco, if you want to explore and be centrally located. The hotel won’t be to everyone’s tastes as it’s an old building so a little noisy and eclectic but for others it’s a real gem! Breakfast is decent and they provide a morning takeaway option which is brilliant as most activities have you starting off at 3/4am.」

「We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.」
