Had a really good week skiing, it's convenient for the bars and slopes. Hotel kept really clean, Jacuzzi was a bit hot and the walk from the drop off point was a killer with the suitcases. Wifi was as good as any hotel I've stayed in but we were in the room above reception. €6 for a bottle of house red in the bar which was very good.

It was an excellent choice, both for the place and the location. Also, the service was great.

The hotel is located on top of the hill, it was nice views to Pas de la Casa but if you have to walk there, it can be hard. There is no direct access to the slopes from the hotel and no room to leave boots and skis - therefore they would have to be left in the balcony and the room would always be a bit dirty when you have to get in with the boots. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom which is really helpful to put your things during your stay. Staff is really nice and breakfast is OK.

The rooms do not correspond to the photos on the website. Our room was on the 3rd lower level floor and we had no wifi for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was good but the room itself had a strange odour and was in need of renovation. Located at the top of a steep hill but only a short walk away from the shops, ski lifts and bars/restaurants of Pas De La Casa.

Super si chambre pas ss le restaurant

Hotel bien situé tres propre chambre avec vue sur montagne et terrasse. Ptit dejeuner tres bien. Accueil et disponibilité personnel excellent. Repas soir plutot bien sauf les desserts assez moyens. Par contre chambre situee a l etage ss le restaurant. Tres bruyante par la non insonorisation notamment le bruit des chaises sur le carrelage. Dommage !

super séjour entre amis quartier très calme, chambre propre, hôtesse accueillante petit bémol la langue, parle très peu le français. La nourriture à renouveler plus souvent mais très bon. l'ascenseur à revoir les portes se referme trop vite sur notre passage

Calme et confortable

Chambre un peu petite mais confortable, hotel en retrait de la "night life", donc pas réveillé en pleine nuit par les soûlards qui sortent de bars, l'inconvénient c'est que les pistes sont un peu plus loin mais faut bien choisir.. Sinon penser aussi à réserver le parking Tres bon petit déjeuner et personnel tres sympathique (parle pas français ) Jacuzzi tres agréable au retour du ski !

Lamentable !!!! Vue sur un autre bâtiment ! Draps de lits non changés !!! Salle de bain très très sale,au sol poussière, cheveux et poils !!!!! Hôtel très bruyant à partir de 6 H.Comment peut-on laisser 3 étoiles à un hôtel aussi médiocre autant pour l'accueil, que pour la propreté , que pour l'hygiène ! Tellement dégoutés que nous sommes partis sans prendre de douche !!!

Que des chambres avec lits doubles...! "oui Monsieur, c'est un hôtel familial donc il n'y a pas de chambres matrimoniales" Le pire petit déjeuner de ma vie dans un hôtel!! Des croissants rassis, pas de chocolat en poudre ou à tartiner et le jus d'orange c'est de la poudre "tang"...! Uniquement une tranche de jambon côté salé et pas de plateau pour apporter ce que l'on souhaite à sa table. Et on entend ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Plus jamais!!!
