"This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Only downside was on this occasion I had to wait over an hour and half to check in. Their police is checkin starts at 2pm. However, I was still made to wait past 2pm. I have stayed here many times and will put this down to the hotel being extremely busy. My wife and I always stay here when in Manila"
