El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. Nice breakfast,……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Lastarria Apartments. The location if great, very close to the metro. The apartment was clean and we loved the terrace, we really enjoyed the street performers and music every night. The staff is very helpful and nice. There is a laundry service that we were able to use. I would recommend this and would not hesitate to stay here again.”

Eine Dame bot mir einen Rabattchip für den "Hop On- hop off-Bus" an, Daniel an der Rezeption half mir , meinen auf dem Flug verloreren Koffer wiederzufinden. Patricio, ein Kellner im Restaurant, spricht hervorragend deutsch, da er 30 Jahre lang in Stuttgart lebte.”

“Quarto limpo porém pequeno, ideal para viagens rápidas ou quando se busca algo "só para dormir" toda a equipe é maravilhosa, super educados, prestativos, o espaço é muito bem cuidado com limpeza constante dos banheiros e espaços públicos, café da manhã surpreende sendo muito completo e que realmente sustenta, com serviço no quarto ao horario desejado. Localização fantástica muito perto do metrô e do ônibus expresso ao aeroporto”
