The villa comprised of a double living room, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All open onto a 35sqm terrace and 200sqm garden.
The villa spreads over 2 floors (ground floor and 1st floor) and offers accommodation for up to 13 people
The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and airy, and bright kitchen, dining room and living room. Direct access to the sea view terrace, garden and BBQ facilities.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms (each with balcony), 1 bathroom and spacious living/dining room with fully kitchen and direct access to the balcony with spectacular sea view.
The backyard has been beautifully landscaped with a backyard patio, swimming pool and privacy fence where you can relax and enjoy outdoor dining. Secured parking.
