Outside you’ll enjoy your own covered patio with Adirondacks, a gas fire pit table, Propane BBQ, corn hole game, twinkle lights and spectacular sunset views over the vineyard and hillsides. Across the breezeway and driveway from the main house for maximum privacy and recently returned to being offered exclusively as the Carriage House alone.

Exceptional dining shopping are a close 7-mile drive to town through beautiful vineyards, past top-notch wineries, orchards and cattle ranches. Cocavin is host to Nenow Family Wines & Hawks Hill Vineyards onsite with your private access gate just steps away. Walk across the road to Adelaida Vineyards or take a quick trip to Daou, Halter Ranch, Tablas Creek and Justin, all just a bit up the road. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
