Electric fireplace creates a warm ambience. 3 french doors open to the pool area on one side and to the covered patio on the west side where you can sit by the fire pit and enjoy our incredible sunsets reflected in the 3 acre private lake.

Sorry, no children allowed. The lake and pool proximity and lack of restraints nullifies our insurance. One small dog can be allowed, but not left in the unit alone.
The pool is available in Season from noon to 6PM. Parking for one vehicle. Because of the shared private neighborhood we live in, no events are allowed, nor additional guests.
