The condo was very nice, well appointed and the host provided additional amenities as well. Our stay was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Our host, Adrianne, was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you for a great week!

So relaxing!

The property was awesome and Adrienne was a very friendly and helpful host! For some reason my VRBO app hasn’t worked for some time now until now when it’s asking for a review. We’ve had to communicate through text messaging and she’s always been quick with her replies. The condo is well supplied and clean and the property is well maintained which made for a very relaxing stay. You just can’t get any better than this! When back in the area we will definitely rent from her again!

Christmas vacation

Overall great stay

There were a few minor issues but the owner was quick to respond and fix the problems. The condo is great and equipped with everything you need. The beds may have been the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at a rental. Thanks for a great stay

Stay at Inn by the Sea

The curb appeal when driving up to the Inn is questionable. The turn off hwy 90 onto 4th Street is dark at night - no lighting. Much growth on the fence line before condo entrance. Not the condo owners fault. Overall our condo was good. Clean and well stocked. Owner was very interested in our overall comfort and what they could do better. We were well pleased and enjoyed our stay. On a personal note, since my husband and I are older, the sofas were too soft and low for us to sit on. The recliner was good. Good wi-fi, TV, access. Weather was not warm enough for us to enjoy the pool area but walking on the beach was a nice treat. Balcony had a nice view and furniture was comfortable. Personally, we like the idea of a gated complex

Awesome Condo at Inn at the Sea

This is our 3rd stay at Inn at the Sea and the best property that we have rented. This condo had everything that you need for a stay. First, the appliances, dishes and cookware were not broken, were operable and clean. I did not need to use the "back up cookware" that I bring. There were enough linens, paper products, and soap (etc) available for the entire stay and I didn't need to use the items that I brought. I also bring spices, oil, coffee filters, etc. and they were all there as well. As a bonus there were great extras available: candles, blankets, games, and books filled the time on a rainy afternoon. The condo had items for the beach, chairs, floats, cooler, etc. The condo was clean and as described when we got there. This condo is really a bring your clothes and that is it place. We have not had a beach condo like that ever and it was great! If you have not been to Inn at the Sea, it is on a beautiful beach and a great property. Be prepared for peace and tranquility. The pool and work out room are very nice. It is easy to get chairs at the pool and their are both sun and shade areas available. If you like to walk you can walk for miles on the beach or the sidewalk next to the beach. Nearby driving things to do are the beach and shops at Bay St. Louis (10 minutes), Stennis Space Center (30 minutes), New Orleans (1+15), and the quaint downtown at Ocean Springs (30 minutes). There are also casinos in several nearby cities if that interests you. Some of our favourite restaurants were Dat Kitchen Too, Grammy's Donuts, Dempsey's (Kiln), Knucklehead's (Ocean Sprngs), Cafe du Monde (New Orleans), and Louisiana Pizza Kitchen (New Orleans). There are grocery stores about 10 minutes away in Bay St Louis or Pass Christian (15 minutes). The next time we are coming to Pass Christian, this will be the first property that we check for availability. We loved our stay!

Perfection in Pass Christian

Beautiful, spacious condo. So clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect location for our trip. Within easy driving distance west to New Orleans or east to the Gulfport area for day trip explorations. We loved grabbing a cup of coffee each morning and heading to the balcony, watching the waves roll in to meet the white sand beach as we planned our daily excursions. So peaceful and quiet. Adrianne was a wonderful host, responding to our questions promptly and courteously. This condo is definitely going on our "We'll be back" list!!

Had a great stay at this condo. The check in process and communication was easy. It was very clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The location was great with the beach being steps away from the condo gate. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Such a perfect weekend getaway....they have it all set up for easy relaxation. Everyone was so friendly that the kids made friends as soon as we got there. The condo was well stocked and spotless, one episode where we locked a pantry door and they sent someone in 10 min to unlock it, very responsive. The beach was perfect and we are used to the florida coast, the sand was white and the low wave action allowed the kids to play without us stressing over every wave crash!! We are going back very soon..... My advise, pack your flip flops and go they have everything else you need.

Great place

This was the easiest place to book. Excellent place to stay. Wasn't busy, right the beach. The room was clean, easy check in and checking out. The owner was easy to communicate with. The room had everything we needed. I would stay there again. Thanks for the nice time. .

This is a lovely condo with a very nice pool and beachfront property! Perfect for a nice getaway! It wasn’t crowded on a Fourth of July weekend whic made it a very relaxing place to stay!

Pass Christian, MS April 2022

My family and I had a wonderful short spring break trip to Mississippi. The agent, Adrianne, was awesome. She was very helpful on the day of the trip and answered immediately any questions we had. The condo was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. It was a very peaceful, relaxing mini-vacation. Would for sure book here again.

Peaceful family getaway

Nice and quiet. I really like how the condominium is by itself, and not surrounded by any other condos. The room we stayed in was wonderful. Clean, beachy, calm. Had everything we needed. Also… a super nice security guard was there during our stay. Would recommend to others!
