The place was exactly what we were hoping for. Clean, organized and the game room downstairs was a hit with the teenagers. We would absolutely come back to stay.

We had a great stay! I was nervous to book this property with the amount of typos, unusual capitalizations, and copied texts that were in the description of this home, but it ended up being ok! Host is very responsive at all hours of the day. IMPORTANT! Look at the beds, this house does not sleep 10 adults, we had to sleep 3 to the king bed, 2 in the queen, 2 on a double, 1 person was on a couch, and we brought our own air mattress for another person. But it was worth it for the wonderful outdoor space this place provided! Easy walk to the beach as well. Sitting by the bayou in the morning was so lovely and we even saw a gator!

Fun lake house!

This is a great lake house, particularly for families with older kids and teens! We enjoyed the fire pit and game area underneath the house the most. The host was very responsive and communicated well. Definitely recommend!

Great spot for family, holidays, or a quick trip

We had a great Thanksgiving away from home in this lovely lake retreat. The house had all the kitchen items to make an entire feast for my family. While my husband and I cooked, the kids were able to enjoy the gaming tables and fishing. So much fun and there was a sense of safety during our stay. We enjoyed walking to the end of the block and having access to the high school stadium to walk the track and shoot soccer balls. The location was a quick drive to the beach, grocery store, gas station and local restaurants (we highly recommend Bachus House). The house was tidy with plenty of blankets and towels. We will keep this as a favorite for future stays.

Great Place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and very nice! The only problem we had was the middle bedroom tv didn’t work and the owner replied back promptly about that. The back porch view was beautiful and relaxing. The Gameroom area was a lot of fun for us. The neighborhood was quiet and a short distance to the beach. We rented this place because we had Cheer National performance in Biloxi. Even though this property was about 19 miles to our competition venue, it was convenient and easy to get to

Perfect for Family Get-away, But…….

Location is close to the beach, the downstairs has lots of family filled activities, but the property needs to clean and repair several things in the property. It’s a lot of wear and tear: the back screen door lock needs to be fixed; the top bunkbed and the stairs on the bunkbed needs repairing; the curtains in the room with the bunk beds needs repairing; the Couch in the living room has stains and needs to be cleaned; the master bathroom has a baseboard missing; the pool table and balls needs to be repaired;the pool table also needs to be balanced; and the cushions on the lawn furniture need to be cleaned and dusted.

Even nicer than the pictures.

Used as a convenient gathering place for a family member from Canada to be able to visit family and friends easily from New Orleans to Florida. On our non visiting days, the beach was just a few blocks away. In the evenings we often enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the back by the bayou. Beautiful, serene sanctuary. The photos don't do it justice. The kitchen and dining area are bigger than they appear in the photos. All of the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. The owners were very accessible if we had any questions. No regrets about choosing this home.

Great place!

It was such a great experience! We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 sons (12, 3, and 2 yrs old) I was very surprised to see that it had plenty of essentials. From my past experience with other properties I brought extra just in case but didn’t need to use much if any. I loved that they had extra blankets and fans stored in a closet. My family sleeps with fans so it was nice to have it! It had plenty of silverware, pots, pans, etc. the only things I recommend bringing are extra trash bags, coffee/creamer/ sugar of choice, and butter/ oil/ pam for the pots and pans if you decide to cook! Otherwise, it had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable! I would absolutely stay here again! It was very humid and rained on and off during our stay so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor area like we had hoped. The host was very easy to contact as well! We noticed something with the curtains right away and they addressed it immediately! Loved the experience!!! Overall a great time!

Mini Vacay

We decided to take the family on a mini vacation over the Labor Day holiday. The booking process was quick and easy, and the host responded to our questions within hours. The location of the property is close to downtown shops and eateries, casino, and the beach. The house is super cute, clean, filled with activities to keep the family entertained. We went out to eat every day, so we never took advantage of the kitchen, but the fridge was large enough to hold several meals and plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, knives, coffee cups, etc. to use. We liked that they had two full-size washers and dryers to wash our clothes and beach towels. The bedrooms are comfortable in size, the beds were medium firm, which was great, and the linens were white, clean, and taut on the beds. We only wish they had a mop because the humidity made the floors damp and sticky. Our overall experience was great, and we will consider renting this property again on our next mini-vacation trip.

Communication was prompt and amazing. The street was quiet, I had an easy time bicycle riding from there. All of the games under the house were great, and the underside was great to hang out in. I loved the seating by the canal.
