Welcome to Passauer Motto Apartments! Our charming apartments offer a comfortable stay in Passau. Each of the four spacious apartments offers 65m² of living space, two bedrooms with Smart TVs, a private parking space, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a walk-in shower, free Wi-Fi, and underfloor heating. A washing machine is available. Box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. Ideal for solo travellers, couples, groups, and families. Quality and hospitality are important to us.

The city centre is just a short 10- to 15-minute walk away, perfect for those wanting to explore the vibrant atmosphere and sights of the city. For added convenience, there’s a bus stop right outside our door with regular service to the city centre.

Behind the property lies the picturesque city park, perfect for leisurely strolls and moments of tranquility surrounded by nature.

Just a 3-minute walk away, you’ll find a local brewery and a delightful beer garden where you can enjoy regional craft beer and a convivial atmosphere.

A parking space right in front of the door ensures you can arrive comfortably and park your vehicle safely. Additionally, a bakery, a drink store, and various shopping options are within easy walking distance, allowing you to easily get everything you need for your stay.

1. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
▶ A cleaning and damage fee of up to €200 will be charged for violations.

2. Quiet Hours
Starting at 10:00 PM, we ask that you be considerate of the area—please avoid loud music and conversations.

3. Visitor Policy
Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the accommodation.

4. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

5. Toilet Use
Please dispose of toilet paper only in the toilet—no hygiene products, wet wipes, or trash.

6. Safety
Always close windows and doors when leaving the accommodation.
▶ Guests are liable for damages or loss caused by gross negligence.

7. Key Handling
The key must not be given to anyone else and must be returned properly after your stay.
▶ Lost or unreturned keys may result in a charge of up to €50.

8. Furniture & Equipment
Please treat the furniture and equipment with care and report any damage immediately.
▶ Deliberate or negligent damage must be replaced.
