The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast.

Vibrant hotel in a good location. Room was clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The taps for hot water were fiddly to use and often quite frustrating- concept is better than the practicality- just keep a kettle for guests!! Breakfast is good though you do have to wait endlessly for ...

Two nights ago, I stayed in 104 room. Before taking a shower, I saw a finger big insect with long legs on the towel……………………………………and all the towel feel like full of humidity! It’s a bit uncomfortable!
