Amateur de montagne et de paysages alpins, je vous recommande vivement cette location. Chalet tres charmant à la deco typique qui sera très agréable pour se détendre après une bonne journée de rando ou une journée au bord du Lac de Passy. Le propriétaire tres sympa et donne de très bo' conseils pour parfaire votre szjour.

Gelungene Ferien

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einer schönen, absolut sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Die Umgebung inmitten der Alpen ist wunderbar und der Lac du Passy lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Kurz gesgt ein gelungener Urlaub und gerne wiederin derm Ferienhaus.

Très joli sejour dans une très belle région. Le chalet est magnifique, typique de la region et décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseils pour les balades à faire aux alentours. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Bon séjour, le gîte est agréable, fonctionnel, bien agencé et bien équipé. Il n'y a qu'une seule "vraie chambre, les deux autres lits sont sur une mezzanine qui donne sur la pièce de vie. Ceci étant, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Le gîte est bien situé : randonnées à proximité, Chamonix à 20 minutes, le lac de Combloux (charmant lieu de baignade) à 15 minutes.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang, Balkon und Terrasse. So hat man den Eindruck in einem eigenen Chalet zu wohnen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich gestaltet. Von der volleingerichteten Küche bis zur Stereoanlage ist alles da und wunderbar in Ordnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Above the heat with great view to the Mt. Blanc massif

During our stay in this very nice house it was very hot in the French alps - all days more than 30°C. Thanks to the fact that the house is located at 840 m above sea level it was significantly cooler there than down in the valley (570 m above sea level). Hiking routes pass by very close and it is very easy to find some shadow in the forrest. Attractive destinations for day tours are very close and easy to reach. The landlord is very friendly and provides support when ever needed. Thank you very much! The parking place in front of the house is large enough for a van and very comfortable. The house and the kitchen offer all needed for a great, relaxing time in the mountains.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce chalet construit avec des matériaux de qualité et idéalement situé, à une vingtaine de minutes de Chamonix. La vue du balcon est magnifique, la literie ultra-confortable. Rien ne manque, jusqu'aux différentes playlists que nous avons beaucoup appréciées grâce au son de qualité de la chaîne hifi. Franchement, nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Simplement irréprochable

Une location rare où tout respire la qualité, du bâti aux ustensiles de cuisines en passant par les draps. Excellente situation d'où on peut rayonner dans toute la vallée de Chamonix ou la petite station de Passy Plaine-Joux (7km). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille.
