“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

“We have stayed other places on the Dolomites, but the La Tambra Lodge was perfect; we will be back! The facilities are new, clean, and very well attended to by the staff. The breakfast is delicious and varies slightly day to day. The location is great to access a local style Monte Pana chair, or walk about 10 minutes to the base of Saslong. Overall an incredible stay!”

There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. “We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Val Gardena. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The double rooms with a sharef bathroom was perfect for saving some money, but still having our own space. Breakfast was really good on the days we could have it (it starts at 7am which is kind of late for us so sometimes we had already left for the day). “We had a wonderful stay here, with a friendly front desk and perfect comfort. The hotel was very clean, and the pleasant scent of wood in the room made us feel relaxed. Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed a welcome comfort after some nights on very hard mattresses, and the bathroom spacious and luxurious. We recommend the full pensione.
