「The cabin is a really wonderful place. The porch overlooks nearly the entire canyon, with great views of the mountain and birds flying by. I put up bird feeders that were provided and lots of beautiful hummingbirds, grosbeaks, woodpeckers, and finches came to the feeders. The inside of the cabin has everything that you need for a great relaxing vacation. 」

「I had a wonderful stay here in May 2025. The owner provided super clear instructions for checking in/out. There seemed to be a new paved driveway that went right up to the property, which was within spitting distance of the Mt. Wrightson trailheads. The property was clean and exactly as described online. It was a very convenient location for walking all over Madera Canyon, and I couldn't be happier that I stayed here over one of the crowded lodges elsewhere in the canyon.」

「The adobe cottage was amazing...historic, peaceful, and charming throughout. Taking coffee on the patio every morning was a real treat. The neighborhood was very quiet, making it a tranquil place to stay in the small, but charming, town of Patagonia.」

「This property needs to be reached by a high clearance all terrain vehicle. Not one precaution or warning listed while deciding on this non refundable listing.
30 miles plus of unpaved roads in to this home is not mentioned anywhere in the listing’s description.
Our Easter weekend trip was ruined due to misrepresentation of this property. Half of our party want able to make it because it’s too risky to chance reaching it let alone finding it」
