"Good stay overall "

"At check in hotel staff scanned passport for both of us and took pictures although receptionist called at 11:30 pm at night disturbed our sleep and asked me that they still waiting for other person to provide Passport, however i told them at check in i already provided them both of ours passport and receptionist said she called wrong number.. Bedsheet was dirty look like they never changed it after previous guest checked out, there was no hot water in morning and cable tv wasn’t working only blank screen. Hair dryer was not working. Would not recommend this place.. "

"The hotel and its location is really good , plus the rooms are nice clean and well kept Having stayed at other hotels I will recommend these one by far Food is good but it’s a shame , like all other hotels in Vadodara don’t serve local Gujarati cuisine , why is the question that needs to be explained The other thing nice about the express residency is that you can open the window and there’s very little noise thus you can sit quietly in room and enjoy fresh air Thus I have booked a further 2 weeks until I depart "

"Yes. Excellent be service helpful staff. Amenities excellent. Attended any problems straight away to make stay smooth. Only suggestion there should be a provision of hand towel and Tissues in the room . Thanks"

"The bathroom is very small. Limited choices in Dining. The service in dining is poor and with attitude. No parking for cars. Housekeeping services were excellent. The plus point is it's close to business and shopping areas and railway station and airport. "

"Double Charged us. They acknowledge the mistake and keep saying it will take 5-7 days, but never refunded us. It's been 6 months now. Still waiting. "
