We stayed in Unit #1 for the last two summers so we're repeat custom First let me say they provide shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dish soap, dish sponge and paper towels plus there were 4 large beach towels. With that said, there were many items missing or not working and we called the next morning asking for assistance. No one……

“This is an amazing property. We stayed in the king suite. Absolutely loved the covered lanai with outdoor fireplace. Used it every evening during our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening as well. Our days consisted of sitting by the water enjoying the view and destressing from life. Property is minutes from downtown Westhampton Beach with great restaurants and shops. Property owner is beyond responsible to our needs and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend.”

“The property is very well located near the beach and has a nice outdoor area. It's important to know that the three spaces are separate, and the only full bathroom is on the upper floor with external stairs to reach it. Certain things were broken around the property (screen door on the 2nd floor was ripped, not all blinds functioned fully), things that should not be present at this price point.”
