Access to the Methow River is available within the gated community and boasts excellent fishing and tubing opportunities. When you'd prefer just to sit back and relax, you'll have access to a riverfront cabana. Numerous restaurants and shops are also nearby, ensuring your daily needs are met, and for more fabulous recreation, Lake Chelan and the town of Winthrop are roughly 40 miles from home.

Inside your home away from home, continue to enjoy unforgettable vistas from the light-filled living room. When you aren't catching up on your favorite TV show or practicing some yoga in this space, head for the full kitchen to whip up something delicious. With its wood block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island, cooking is a breeze!

Tastefully decorated, each bedroom offers soft linens, carefully curated mementos, and central air-conditioning. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will have access to Methow River Ranch community amenities, including a shared cabana, grill, showers, toilets, and river access.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
