Many thanks for your recent review, I am very disheartened to hear of the allegation. We have reviewed extensively the CCTV and interviewed the staff on duty - The CCTV shows no one in the room as you allege - nor during the day did we find someone in the room for any length of time. Your bags were in view of the CCTV and did not have anyone touch them whilst in our care. So I wonder if you have potentially confused hotels. If there is any thing further you wish to add please get in touch as we would always work to resolve any issues with a guest. I will have a discussion with the F&B team as although we do require the vouchers, it also shouldn't be requested in such a way of your experience, what you suggest is perfectly reasonable and will discuss with team in regards to applying a degree of 'common sense' to when a voucher is left in room. Thanks for taking the time to write a review of your experience, and we are glad you enjoyed your visit. Yes the weather in Phuket was appalling last weekend and this storm bought down a number of power lines outside the resort and wider Patong area, this is of course beyond our control. We do have an emergency generator that provides some essential functions in rooms, as well as full power to lobby and restaurant areas so that there is comfortable areas in such rare cases.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your stay and glad that you had a pleasant experience during your time with us.

many thanks for your recent stay with us and for taking the time to review our property the feedback is essential for us to maintain and improve our standards and to help your fellow travelers make informed choices. Our private Jacuzzi/swimming pools are not heated as the need for such is not high in Thailand, Phuket temperatures rarely drop below 25 degrees any time of the year and are often plus 30. That being said we also do not advertise as a heated pool so that we do not cause any confusion for guests. I am also mindful that for each person then the feel of the temperature of the water is always a personal choice with no wrong or right to every person/situation. If you could provide any further feedback on the shower issue that you experienced it would be very much appreciated as I would like to investigate any potential problems as all of our rooms should receive a constant flow of water under good pressure. In the meantime based not eh feedback I will initiate an engineering check of showers in all of my rooms to ensure this is promptly rectified.
