相對華欣既Hilton, 布吉既係細間d, 而且清潔比較慢，第二日2點幾返到酒店都仲未清潔，由於第二日就算，跟住第三日，又係好晏先清潔，而且浴缸既頭髮都無清理！

第二次到此酒店住宿，比上次到訪時設施更加殘舊，廁所浴缸都很殘舊，如沒有大翻新下次都不會再來，今次book pool access room,走出泳池很方便。不過性價比都下降了。

一開始感覺是正常的,但去到check in嘅時候 ,服務員給我們一間未整理嘅房間, 已經大感困惑。 然後跟我們說我們的小朋友要即刻交出早餐嘅費用, 而我們說 小朋友不吃早餐但仍然堅持我們要交 300蚊泰幣, 亦是大感困惑 。跟住 我們訂了雙人床的房間 ,然後又給我們一張大床的房間, 據說 酒店已滿房, 但其後又安排我們去到另外一間有雙床的房間 非常不專業。

地點超方便，房價超値，值得推薦入住。
入住的房間剛剛翻新，房內設施都很新浄，大堂和餐廳員工都很友善，如果可以入住地下直通泳池房間，更加方便，而且房間價格不貴，不用5分鐘便可步行到沙灘，酒店四周都有很多餐廳和購物地點， 十分方便！唯一問題是酒店進行翻新工程，大部份房間進行工程，發出噪音及走廊範圍有很多裝修工人進行工程，很不方便，估計整個暑假都未能完工。

A nice hotel
banthai resort is a very good choice for any travellers who come to phuket for the first time. because the location is excellent , u can go to beach within few minutes. and living in a pool side room is also perfect. However, we find a dead cockroach inside bathtub. But everything is perfect except this so i probably will come back again

住宿了4晚泳池景高級客房。房門鎖在入住時和最後一晚壞了兩次，廁所浴室比較細，洗手盆在睡床旁。設施裝修開始顯得有啲舊。雖然如此，此banthai洒店還有很多值得推薦的地方。4星級價格5星級地點，步行距離芭東沙灘數分鐘，酒吧街約十分鐘，大型商場江西冷約十五分鐘。酒店附近有很多餐廳十分熱鬧方便。早餐自助形式，味道選擇都算ok的。兩個大游泳池都有pool side bar和水力按摩，十分舒適值得一讚。女友生日當天，有免費送一個蛋糕於房內。

第一天的房間浴缸有點殘舊，而且全房只有一個插頭。我將意見在Expedia 上反映，酒店員工見到意見後，兩小時內便親自回覆，並把我們upgrade至另一間較新的房間。員工做事效率很快，禮貌服務都很好。

酒店位置旺中帶靜， 泳池大 ，早餐地方大，多選擇又好味。 第一日入住發現冷氣不足， 冷氣掣不可調教溫度， 只維持25度，維修員維修了2次仍然修理不好之後要求換了房， 房間及廁所都好大及整潔但2張4尺床合埋一齊， 床墊本身已有14吋再加兩張三吋及兩吋床墊, 令到張床太高, 上落不方便.

交通方便，價錢合理
班泰是我來布吉第一次入住的酒店，想不到在芭東海灘側就有家這樣的酒店，交通方便，環境和房間內都令人滿意，還有沙灘拖鞋提供，十分貼心。由於芭東大街食肆臨立，我們沒有選擇酒店的早餐，酒店旁有家好吃的意大利餐廳，不過水準已不及兩年前，但仍值得一試。

地點非常方便。。 一出酒店轉右行5分鐘就到酒吧街。 一出酒店就係沙灘。同埋24 M記（M記好貴） 旺中帶靜。 酒店仲送埋沙灘拖鞋可以拎走。 去到酒店比睇相靚好多。 基本上主要吃喝玩樂行路都到。 除咗出外島跟當地團會座車之外， 我今次去6日未座過車， 全程行路都ok.... 唯獨價錢貴d同酒店泳池水太淺，其他都唔錯。 我地5個人去。發現雙床房係地下，一開露台門就係泳池。大床房係樓上。如果想一出房就泳池，揀雙床房。

房間很大，乾淨，直出泳池房間的確很棒。酒店職員禮貌。有牙刷提供。有歡迎飲品，很好喝的戈冰凍檸檬茶。泳池水乾淨，有泳池酒吧。酒店自助早餐很好吃，環境舒適有冷氣。房間走幾分鐘到海灘，附近食店林立，不怕找不到吃的。商場就在背後，按摩店又在附近。什麼都有，無得頂。

鄰近Patong Beach 和步行街，購物及吃飯非常方便。沒有大型旅行團體入住，住客主要為外藉人士，就算是內地遊客也比較溫文有禮。 是次入住體驗非常良好，主要來自酒店內氣氛。另外設施雖然不算出眾，但泳池及房間都很整潔，值得一讚！

Good enough hotel in Patong with low price
As Ive stayed in both pool access and standard room, I think the standard room is even better than the pool access in terms of the room quality. Nice swimming pools, gym room and breakfast. Very convenient- restaurants, bars, spa and taxi everywhere, shopping malls can be reached within 10 mins.

房間相與真實環境一樣，簡單舒服的。第一日入住時還會送生果！但酒店的清潔員工有操守問題，我還有我隔離房的朋友都各自不見了東西！！想入住的朋友要小心！

Good service and location
Overall, the service was good. Check-in was efficient and the staff were friendly and eager to help. Housekeeping was good and helpful too. I stayed at the pool access room which I liked very much. I also liked the bar in front of the hotel which is facing the beach. It's a perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous sunset of Phuket during happy hour.
