Most unpleasant experience in life
Stayed 4 nights, no electricity at 1 night, no aircon no water for bath, no solution, finally resumed electricity and water at about 1am, other 3 nights had sudden cut (temp for a while) of aircon, waked up due to feeling hot, needed to restarted aircon manually. Floors were wet with no solution, asked us to keep aircon 20 degree but actually still wet. Sliding door for toilet area was out of order, could not close tightly, very inconvenient for privacy. Changed room after first night but same poor condition, no dif. in second room. Operator called rudely and said to leave room immediately due to 100% full booking, that was about 11am and first call of confirmation for change of room, we requested 30 mins for packing up but still impolite response by operator. No pick up of phone by operator at night. Asked golf car for checkout (normal hotel arrangement) but no action after operator confirmed on phone, needed to walk to hotel reception and made face to face request then could arrange. We had considered to change hotel but believed no refund to be so finally completed stay there. We normally travel 3-4 times a year. That's a nightmare experience!

We strive to provide exceptional experiences to all our guests and hence your feedback is very important to us, regarding power cutt off, it's cause from the main cable line is short curcuit which responce by electricity authority and during this time our hotel has use generator however some electric item might not function. Apart of this; your comment about the floor got wet, balcony door is hard to slide and service of staff, please rest assured that these issues will be looked into and do improvement respectively. 飯店服務人員都很親切很友善 但也許是飯店sop的問題 1.約是晚上11點多想請飯店提供餐具要吃宵夜 但人員回答因為餐廳下班了,所以無法提供餐具⋯ (人員回答態度依舊是很有禮貌的) 2.飯店有提供免費接駁至芭東街上,但check in時未告知shuttle上下車地點,僅提供時刻表(雖然在街上詢問路人也可以找到),建議飯店可以考慮提供乘車點的小地圖。 希望貴飯店服務的sop和應對處理上可以再小小改善。

酒店台前服務員態度不誠懇不禮貌,感覺高傲輕佻無人情味,初時入住有小插曲,真的想差評這間酒店,後來得到酒店經理 Mr Man 熱誠道歉及解決問題,而且還厚待我們,真的非常感謝他。 泳池底清潔欠奉,但環境非常優美,三個不同性質泳池真的令人難忘,而且臨近巴東海灘,酒店旁亦有夜市可提供飲食,酒店4樓新設酒吧天台一定要去,觀賞日落非常極之美麗,相比起對面馬路的餐廳便宜十倍多。 早餐不過不失,不是太多種類可供選擇。 此次旅程愉快,將來亦會再去,值得推薦大家!

REALLY BAD VIEW from the sea view room.
The overall experience was very disappointing although the hotel is new and the facility is good. The management of the hotel was really bad. We booked the sea view room online but when we arrived they gave us the pool access room without notification. We told the front desk the room was wrong, and it took them over an hour to change us to the correct room, and they didn't even showed any sorry\compensation. What's worse, the view from the so called SEA VIEW room was REALLY BAD. The sea view was totally blocked by the electric pole and the tree. DO NOT RECOMMEND the sea view room at all. I don't know how dare they called the room a sea view room of a five star hotel. Also the room was VERY NOISY at night due to the concert across the street and all the cars running at the road - the wall was very thin. Also the hotel is actually located across the street from the sea but not at the beach, and the beach was full of rock - I don't think anyone can use the beach. When we were in a hurry leaving the hotel and wanted to check out, they asked us to wait at the front desk and said they'll send someone to check the room to see if everything's alright. (I've never seen any hotel do this.) And after 5 minutes they said there's a towel missing from the room, but we didn't take anything. We went back to the room and found the so called missing towel laying on the chair in the bathroom. We waisted over 15 minutes just to deal with this drama. VERY DISAPPOINTING experience.

As regards the unpleasant noise from night market - we have a coordinated approach with the market owner to find alternative solution on this issue; in the meantime, we start to install the new rubber seal at the frame of room sliding door to be more efficient of soundproofing. This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I love the location - in Patong but not IN Patong. Tuk tuks and taxis are close by to take you to the beach or shopping. They have an extensive breakfast buffet. Gym is small but has what you need. Would come back again for sure

The hotel was good but the room has multiple problems, when the first enter the light was’t working also the shower has a drain water problem and the door battery was’t working, we could not enter room until we call room service to solve the problem.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. The hotel is on several levels but they have buggies to take you up and down. There is plentiful of pools with several separate swim up bars Definitely worth a stay
