Hotel at good location, he breakfast is nice
The location is good, just located at the beach walking road, also it’s quite near to Terminal 21 and some other shopping mall. There are also some restaurant near by. You may just walk to some popular sight seeing spots. Overall the room is quite tidy, but there is some very small insects on the floor. The breakfast is a buffet breakfast, with quite a lot of options and quite good quality.

舒適整潔、地點便利、還有驚喜貼心的生日安排
住的是Deluxe Sea View Room，房間寬敞舒適、整潔新淨，有一個小露台，望到泳池和Pattaya Beach。浴室設備齊全，唯獨是花灑水壓不夠。 地點便利，附近有7-11和Family Mart，也很近Terminal 21 Pattaya、Centra Marina、Big C，步行約10分鐘。 另外，非常感謝酒店職員悉心驚喜的生日安排！預約房間時跟酒店說了其中一天是我老公生日，生日當天驚喜地送上蛋糕並唱生日歌祝賀，老公好驚喜開心！謝謝你們讓我們在Pattaya有一個開心愉快難忘的回憶^^

Nice hotel near the beach and shops
The Hotel rooms are clean and comfort. But the swimming pool is quite small. The Hotel is near to the beach. There are restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

第一日入住去check in 0左咀，泳池竟然係馬路旁，又少得可憐，拍照還會影到旅遊巴，如果泳池對你旅程好重要就不建議入住，還好可以使用隔離泳池，最方便係5分鐘可到big c,附近有7仔，family mart,我們共訂了兩個方間，另一房間朋友比較不幸，話枕頭有異味，馬上要求員工更換

沙灘就在酒店對面，酒店有2大1小泳池，算不錯，但我們訂房是包早餐，到酒店check in時問職員攞早餐卷，但職員表示我們是不包括早餐，這點要注意。

經expedia預訂向海雙牀房，亦收到expedia 確認，我自己亦email向酒店提出要求，但酒店冇回覆，當第1日到酒店，酒店竟然話expedia冇向酒店確認雙牀房，而當日亦冇雙牀房可給我們，暫只可提供1張雙人牀房，第2天另安排1間雙牀房，我們只好接受，酒店每天打掃房間地方都可以的算是乾淨，但有日回酒店，浴袍竟然在地上，我們用過玻璃杯洗完放返原位，第2日見到杯是濕的，每日都要問佢攞沖涼液和紙巾，整體而言，房是舒適的，交通亦方面，只是房間管理有差。

酒店舊，安排差
酒店好舊!! 前台職員安排極有問題，預訂了一間雙床房、一間大床房，原先已經請酒店安排好兩間相連的房間，CHECK IN時職員說另一間要先清潔，先給其中一間房間，下午2時後CHECKIN另一間，居然係安排上下兩層的相連????!!!! 最後前台職員要求安排同層的時候，沒有任何職員協助，同行有BB，自行把行李搬到下一層打開房門發現兩間都是雙床房，但職員完全沒有告知!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 老實說，這個價錢根本不需要選擇這間!

A bit disappointed except the fact that the location is all right. However, there is no sea view in our booked deluxe room. (Guess because it is the cheapest) There is one good daipaidong dining place nearby. In my opinion, it should only be a 3-star hotel in overall.
