這不是飯店,是一般公寓。房間很漂亮,泳游池跟健身房也都可以使用,沒有提供盥洗用品。但要注意,hotel.com網站上的價格並不是總價,等你入住時他會要求付強制性清潔費500-750泰銖(依房間大小不同而定),這個費用在你的訂房確認上也會提到,要注意。

The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. Condo was missing a few items to help clean, and organize, like a broom, small towels, a frying pan and some silverware. Also needed shower hooks to hang towels in the shower. I bought all of the aforementioned including stick on hooks with Command removable adhesives. Maybe $30-40 at the 20bant store nearby. It was like setting up a new apartment while just starting out, kinda fun. I left all items behind for the next tenants

La pulizia avrebbe bisogno di una supervisione più accurata in quanto il mobilio della cucina di truciolare, probabilmente non trattato, ospita qualche piccolo insetto e alcuni sportelli non chiudono bene. Ho trovato molto sporco sotto il letto e sotto il divano. In un appartamento, poi sostituito, ho trovato il letto con un piede rotto per cui inclinato. I bagni non vengono puliti con prodotti anti muffa per cui la trovi in diversi posti soprattutto nella doccia. Il soffione e la rubinetteria nella doccia non è pulito adeguatamente. Gli appuntamenti sono ben disposti e arredati adeguatamente ma come già scritto avrebbero bisogno di più attenzione. Non ho trovato le grucce dell'armadio e la cassaforte mi è stata portata un'altra perché quella nella stanza era bloccata chiusa. Il complesso condominiale è confortevole, con piscina e palestra anche se alcuni cuscini delle sdraio della piscina sono alquanto usurati e bucati.

The pictures are scam!! and this is not a hotel! it’s a condominium!. the room was so small and no breakfast at all. When we saw the room we immediately book another hotel and got our money refunded asap. Please dont book here!!! im saving yall life😅

鍵の受け渡しの場所が分からず電話したら、部屋番号を教えてくれたので、直接ホテルに行く事ができました。部屋の鍵は開いていました。その後会社の女性が来て、部屋のクリーニング代として500バーツ徴収されました、前もって書いておいて欲しいです。wifiが繋がらないと伝えるとルーターを持って来てくれましたが、とても遅く使いづらかった。 キッチンに小さいアリがいて、食べ物を置くのが怖かったです。キッチンのスポンジも汚れていて使う気になれませんでした。 バスルームの柱から水が漏れていました。 2泊だったので我慢して過ごしました。

Stressful start
Price was great. We spent 1.5 hrs finding a key drop of place that you were to go spending taxi drivers time money to find out that was an old rule but not deleted from booking. The place was great resort with fabulous pool. No communication with property when wanted to make a change to a day arriving and willing to stay the extra day due date change of flights.

มันคือคอนโดที่ปล่อยให้เช่า ไปถึงตอนแรกก็งงๆว่าต้องไปตึกไหนอะไรยังไง ไปถึงฝนก็กำลังตกอยู่แล้วต้องเดินเข้าไปอีก ก็สื่อสารกับพนักงานได้งงๆ สรุปต้องไปไหน รถจอดที่ไหน เพราะว่ารถตู้มันขับเข้าไปไม่ได้ แต่ที่พักค่อยข้างใหม่มากๆ และสะอาด บรรยากาศโดยรวม ดีมากๆ ที่พักสวยงาม สระว่ายน้ำสองชั้นดีมากๆ ส่วนห้องพักมีติตรงประตูห้องน้ำห้องนึงกลอนมันล็อคไม่ได้ นอกนั้นโอเคหมด

We didn’t really like the property very much! On arrival we had a confusing wild good chase just to find the house where the key to the apartment was located. There was no reception desk at the complex. When we did eventually find the house, the key wasn’t in the wasn’t in the security combination locked box on the was as per the instructions. It was in fact in the hands of a lady demanding 500 TB for a cleaning fee. Something that wasn’t clear at the time of booking. Anyway, we only stayed one night out of the 4 booked and checked in somewhere else.

Doubke charge on cleaning 1300thb
The communication is terrible. I got 12h later a reply on What's App. The cleaning fee is charged with 600thb. When u arrive u have to pay Again 700thb for cleaning!!! 1300thb for cleaning. A way to much! Apartment is clean and very good Equipped. 2 big TVs and comfy bed!

Hi Kenneth, thanks for your feedback. It's not a double charge for the cleaning. Cleaning fee that you paid within your booking is only for one time cleaning upon your check in. If you want your room to be cleaned after you check in, you need to pay an additional fee. We're sorry for this limitation but we're using a cleaning agency because we're not a hotel with permanent housekeeping staff. Kindly please contact us through your booking platform for the faster response because our phone is always busy with calls and hundred chats. Anyway, I'm happy that you liked your room and I hope to see you again!

이호텔은 안내데스크가 없어 호텔 체크인 관련 안내를 받기위해 호텔스 닷컴을 통해 세번이나 전화를 요청했는데 마지못해 메일보내줌 도착하여 체크인 원한다고 전화하니 어떤여자가 전화를 받아 호텔 예약번호 알려달라고함 그래서 호텔스 닷컴으로부터받은 번호 수차례 불러주었더니 예약번호 아니라고 하면서 못오겠다고 약올림. 호텔에서 청소하는 사람과 통화시켜주니 한시간 지나서야 어떤 남자나타남 청소비를 500밧받겠다고 메일보냈으면서 700밧을 받겠다고함 그리고 보증금 천밧을 달라고 하면서 아무런 영수증도 주지않음 이상해서 영수증 달라고 하니 영수증내일 10 시에 가져다 준다고함 그다음날 10시에 밖에 나가지않고 기다렸더니 오지않음 알려준전화도 받지않음 화가날대로나서 호텔스닷컴에 항의하니 그때서야 청소하는 여자시켜 영수증 가져다줌 쳐크아웃관련 6시에 요청하니 가능하다 전화하면 오겠다고해서 체크아웃날 전화하니 또 전화 안받음 수십번 전화하니까 7시에 전화받고 빨리와달라고 하니 한시간지난 거의 8시가되서 와서 에어컨 리모콘이 두개인데 한개는 어디갔냐고 물음 화가났지만 참고 원래한개였다고 하니 선심쓰듯이 보증금 돌려줌 위치는 정말 최악입니다

ホテルではなくコンドミニアム。現地不動産屋へ事前に赴いてカギを借り、カギはそのままテーブル上に置いて帰るだけ。らくではあるが事前にこの仕組みが気付きにくい。直接コンドミニアムに行っても彼らは貸し手ではないので「レセプションどこ?」と尋ねても「???」状態。ここはエクスペディア上でもっとわかりやすいとよかった(なんとか読み漁ってバイタク往復200B程度でカギを借りに行った)。なんだかんだで2時間ぐらいは余計にかかった計算。またホテルでないため朝食はないし、バスタオルすらないのは注意点(シャンプーとボディジェルはあった)。不動産屋も「A-D棟まであるよ」とか教えてくれなかったし、全体図も見当たらないので、自分の部屋を探すのも苦労するはず。食事もしづらいので基本はバイタクで出かける感じ。あとはずっとプールにいたので食事はとなりのファミマばっかり。プールやジムが非常に充実していてとてもよい。ビーチには行かずずっとここで過ごした。1LDKの部屋は2人だとややせまいか。ベッドはおそらくキングなので充分だろう。ただ4階の部屋にでかいゴキブリが出てしまったので、急きょ殺虫剤を買いに行った。これは事故的なものかもしれないがかなりつらかった。それさえなければ、また部屋に入ってこの施設を使えるようになりさえすれば、とてもよい施設だと思った。ただここを別荘として買うかというと、プール以外はいまいち(立地、つくり)だし、たぶん買わない。また繰り返すがホテルではないので前述のように基本的なサービスはゼロ。

We're sorry for the inconvenience. However, we have non-refundable policy in every reservation so we can't process a refund. In regards of the AC, it's easier for us to track the issue if you can share your booking number because we always follow up guest's complaint like this and fix the AC as soon as the issue occured.

HORRIBLE and stressful communication.
Avoid at all cost if you don't want any stress. First of all, the place isn't actually a hotel, but a condo. So they DONT HAVE A CHECK IN COUNTER. There is no staff or check in at the condo. When I checked the fineprint of the confirmation email, it turns out that we have to first go to another location to check in. Said location is 10+ minutes away by car. They don't even give you a phone number. They give you a name only for the other hotel that you're supposed to go to to check in. I was lucky I had Internet on my phone to try and search for a number. But even then, in Thailand, most tourists get a WiFi only travellers SiM card so they can't actually call the place. I had to borrow the phone off some passerby to finally call the place. And when I did call, they kept asking for some "booking number" that was seperate from the hotels.com confirmation number. They knew my name and said I was on the list, but kept trying to push me away because I didn't have the "booking number". Finally when they did agree that I was who I was, they told me to wait "5 minutes" at the lobby. But it took the lady 1 hour to get there. So there I was, waiting for an hour outside a lobby for a "hotel" I couldn't even check into at the place. The place itself is great. Its just an absolute nightmare to check in. And the hotels.com website doesn't have any info on the check in process until after you confirm.
