I originally booked for 3 days but extended by an extra two. Originally in the London room at the side of the hotel moving to the third floor to the Pattaya room. Both were excellent and functional with large firm beds and great aircon. The Pattaya room had a balcony but was unusable due to the heat in August. Soi Buakhao is a busy street so be warned that you can be woken by the constant 'helloooo, welcome' from the bar girls at anytime in the night but then why would anyone visit this part of Pattaya if that is a problem. The staff were great and one of the reasons I like these smaller guesthouses is that the staff tend to engage more than in larger hotels. The guesthouse has a restaurant that does a good cheap standard breakfast. I didn't encounter any noise from the other guests. The guesthouse doesn't have a 24 hour front desk so after hours access is at the rear of the property but I had no issues in getting in during the night.. I didn't watch any TV so I can't comment on TV reception but at around 650 baht a night it was well worth the money. There are lots of local attractions, buakhao market, bars, Benjamit coffee shop and a short walk to LK Metro, Second Road and South Pattaya Road. There is a cheap laundry across the road and a family mart next door.
