It was a bit old but well cleaned. Reception person were so kind and happy. I'd like to stay again if I could have next chance to visit Pataya.

ウォーキングストリートに近いホテル
このホテルはウォーキングストリートにも近いが、セカンドロードにも近く、色々な楽しみ方、食事のバリエーションが楽しめる。スタッフは英語が堪能で手続きに不自由はない。部屋にはバスタブが付いているが、配管は古さが目立つ。しかし、ベッドメイクはきちんとしており、簡単な朝食も付いていて価格はリーズナブルといえる。客は欧米の男性が多く、ファミリー向きではない。ホテル前は、夜はバイクの駐車場になり騒々しいが、部屋は意外と静かでゆっくり寝ることができる。

Diamond Beach Club was Terrible
This hotel was disgusting. My friends checked in before me and when I went to their room, I decided to give it a shot and try to check-in. They did not allow me too check-in and I am glad they didn't. Whatever was described or shown in their photos are a deception. I honestly feel staying their was a hazard to my health. The elevator was run down and broken, there was mold in the rooms, cockroaches under garbage bins, and floors with yellow tiles which wreaked of urine. I can continue but this sums it up. I would like a refund for this hotel as I was forced to find accommodations elsewhere. -Ian

Horrible
I just want to say, it’s the worst hotel I’ve stood at in all 37 trips I’ve taken. The room reaked like a corner where most people pee at when they can’t find a bathroom. Fanning myself was more effective than the AC. And waterbugs and reptiles every where. The guy came back and sprayed the room after I asked to change rooms. I had to beg to move to another room and it was in the same condition. Never again.

We ran - Dirty, Roaches, Pee stain, mold
We were a group of 7, everyone booked their individual room. I did not recognize any of the advertised pictures at first, then realized, those were either take. 10 years ago or were photoshopped. Unbelievable how let down and dirty that hote was. We checked in and got rooms almost next to each other, it was hot everywhere, no venting or air conditioning in the central part of the hotel. One of us had to switch rooms I scantly due to yellow (most likely pee) stain on the bathroom tiles. It literally smelled like Train Station bathroom in there. In his next too. He was welcomed by a pair of cockroaches running over his bed. My room was very old furnished, hot and sticky and the air conditioning unit tooonforever to cool the rooms down. I just briefly went into the bathroom to wash my hands and noticed a tile missing in the wall from where water was dripping out and fell to the floor. There was a open pipe catching the water running down, “gross” I thought and moved on. After returning later to the hotel after getting food, one of my friends mentioned he is scared to take a shower, saying he wouldn’t step a foot in that shower. I was curious and checked mine...I almost threw up. Not even in sandals would I step in there to take a shower. And that was after a day of travel in 94 degree humidity. I called the action to switch hotels I Stanton, which all of us did. We left. This is a place seemed like its glory days were a long time ago and no investments for years

普通の安価ホテルです。掃除は行き届いています。アメニティーはありません。 フロントスタッフの英語力は問題ありません。夜はウオーキングストリートの騒音が聞こえますが、仕方ないと思います。

Αρκετά καλο.
Παλιό αλλά αρκετά καλό εάν έκαναν συντήρηση στα έπιπλα και βάψιμο των τοίχων θα ηταν πολυ καλο.Ειναι στο κέντρο όλων των δραστηριοτήτων,ήσυχα, άνετο,καθαρό,καλο πρωινό,μόλις πηγα το πρωι 08:30 μου έδωσαν το δωματιο,εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό,η κυρια και το αγόρι στο πρωινό καταπληκτικοί και ο κύριος που με πήγε στο δωματιο εξυπηρετικός και χαρούμενος.Θελω να ξαναέρθω.

More bad than good
I would not recommend this hotel. It had its day - it is old and run down now. No safes in the rooms. Pool was closed. Musty smell in the building. Room airco took a long time to cool things down. Wi fi was NOT in the rooms, only in the lobby. Staff accused me of taking a whiskey bottle when I don't drink whiskey. Amazing - they couldn't produce the bottle either. They need to take a deposit upfront and take the 'crap' out of the rooms (chips, cookies, etc...) instead of trying to sell it and make a profit. I paid for the water I used. I travel a lot and this was one of the worst places that I have stayed at - very old and outdated.

Terrible Management
Without breakfast in spite of writing "Diamond hotel breakfast" on the title of expedia. The more, they couldn't check the record which I booked on the web. When I checked out , they asked for the accommodation fee. It took for 30 minutes for them to understand.

Hotel management has to improve the cleaneliness of the toilet which we found beyond the mark!!

Handy to Walking Street
I was happy to stay at Diamond Beach, and have no complaints . But it is clearly an aging building ,so you cant expect too much . Some of the facilities are no longer available. It is good value for money however, some other hotels, in the same area, would have cost a lot more.

水周りだけが問題
夜遊びには最適な場所。その割にはうるさくもなく、部屋は古いが、広くバスタブもあり、お湯も問題なし、簡単な朝食もついてこの値段ならかなりお得。問題は水が濁っていて臭いがするので水周りから嫌な臭いがする点だけかな。ゴキは2ひき出現したが極小なので問題なし。

So horrific I made an excuse and checked out early
Positive Friendly staff. Negative I booked the suite expecting a high floor but mine was on the 3rd floor. Inside the room it just felt wrong. From the stench of mould to lying down and having my feet eaten my bed bugs. Also a mysterious room off my suite with just a latch. I opened this and a pitch black room (my imagination said something was breathing in the dark - a gimp?) I checked out early flushing good money down the toilet to find somewhere else.

Excellent location, right in the heart of it all! Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice and they didn't try to nickel & dime you to death...

Great location but outdated
Wi fi isn't free and only works intermtently in the lobby. Forget about trying to get wifi in your room. The rooms are outdated and marginally acceptable in most respects. The phone can not be used for anything but to call the front desk. On the positive side the staff is friendly and tries hard to work around the limitations of the old building to satisfy you. Also the location can not be beat if your goal is to enjoy the walking street experience.

Good for guy's
An oasis in a red light dream. Over 10 gogo bars within 20 meters. Hotel amazingly quiet with friendly staff. However the decor is getting dated and tired, needs a bit of love and attention.

You are going to enjoy your stay here if you are not looking for any decent family vacation. Hotel is located in mid of night life so many bars and busy street life in the evening. You can enjoy the beach in the morning. Staff are friendly overall experience is good.
