Hotel location was great as it is very near the beach. Great staff, Breakfast was good and plentiful and like the pool access on the room with side bar. Room was good but did not have much a view as I had a building next to me. Only gripes for me are there is no gym, pool closes too early at 7pm which most other hotels closes at 10pm. The bed was way too firm felt more like a mat not sure if it was the room choice as they have other upscale rooms. Also it can be a lil bit noisy due to party life outside.

The location is the central Pattaya. Very close to the beach, many restaurants, bars, massage parlors, modern shopping mall including supermarket and many kinds of cantina. Especially, the restaurant in front of this hotel was one of the best. Good taste, most reasonable price with live music. Swimming pool on the roof is very good for relaxing, too.
