Staff was very accommodating in moving me to a new room when there was an issue with the original room. The one improvement that needs to be made is having a safety box in the room. Front desk safety deposit boxes are not an ideal solution.

eg har været gæst på dette hotel siden 2004, men standarden er desværre langt fra fortidens storhed. Morgenmaden er kedelig og ensformig, manglende bacon og ordentligt pålæg til børn gør oplevelsen mindre tilfredsstillende. Desværre er hotellet overrendt af russiske gæster med en tankegang om, at de har overtaget herredømmet over verden. Dette kan påvirke atmosfæren negativt. Hygiejnen er et stort anliggende, da der dagligt er kakkelakker på badeværelserne i værelserne. Værelserne er desuden tydeligt nedslidte, hvilket skuffer i forhold til tidligere besøg. Priserne i poolområdet er urimeligt høje i forhold til faciliteternes tilstand. Poolen lider også af nedslidning, hvilket gør det svært at retfærdiggøre de overpricede priser. Det eneste lyspunkt er det venlige personale, der trods udfordringerne gør deres bedste for at imødekomme gæsternes behov. Jeg håber, at ledelsen vil tage disse feedbackpunkter til efterretning for at forbedre oplevelsen for kommende gæster.

A lovely hotel right on the beach front. Our room had superb views oh the ocean . They wouldn’t let us check in although it was well gone 1.00 check in is at 2.00. My only issue was 8.30 in the morning they were just dragging tables and chairs across the floor making a horrendous noise. Would stay again as I’m sure it was a ‘1 off’ due to the new year party.

My overall stay was good but i booked what was described as ‘deluxe triple chalet’. So i was expecting a stand alone chalet(bungalow). But it was just a hotel room in a building with approx 50 other rooms. They call the bungalows(chalet) something else

Check In staff were Rude cold and Clinical, the domestic staff were fabulous and couldn’t help more than they did. For some reason this Hotel wants you to pay everything in cash I’m not sure what that’s all about. The rooms are tired and dated but if you pay for the extra balcony ocean view it’s fantastic. The light switches and power switches in your bed head or a joke because without knowing it you keep turning on the lights and unplugging switch in your sleep

Great location..Good pools.. Bathroom needs replacing with new shower, (not over the bath). Great eateries close by and Tuc tuc 10baht out the front along beach road . Rooms very large with good seating and balcony with sea views..All in all good value enjoyed our 4 night stay
