The room was spacious and spotless. Cafe in lobby and restaurant/bar on rooftop was nice. Easy to lounge in a comfortable environment upstairs. Hotel is located in beach view and more family friendly that central Pattaya. Night market was close Good restaurants nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were truly outstanding, offering service that was more than excellent. The swimming pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The housekeeping team were kind, hardworking, and made sure everything was perfect. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice spacious comfortable room with a great breakfast and 5 star roof top 20m pool and bar. Undercover parking was handy too. There is a 500m walk to Jomtien Beach.

They provided a bottle of water each day. The breakfast buffet was very good .... Asian and American options. The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to massage, outdoor market street, shops. Staff pleasant, responsive and professional.

It was a large room with kitchenette, but we where not allowed to use the kitchen and there was no cutlery in the room. Room was also in urgent need of renovation, wallpaper was coming of, it was stinking as drain in all toilettes/ bathrooms where there also was a lot of small flies. For us the beds was also very hard. Then it felt like a safety hazard, there was renovations on one floor and therefore the stairs was closed, without updating any emergency information. But we also want to say that the staff in the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, no shadow should fall on them.

Stayed in the penthouse... too wonderful for words. The building is new and clean with comfy beds and good a/c. Wifi was a little weak but we were not there for streaming etc. Absolutely loved it...

Zimmer war für uns sehr gut. Bett top. Größe Deluxe Zimmer super. Seitliches Zimmer keine Sonne top. Kleiner Balkon aber ausreichend. Leider fehlt ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer. Gelegentlich Abfluss Gerüche. Dusche gut, Silikon könnte mal erneuert werden. Sauberkeit gut. Personal immer super freundlich. Frühstück recht asiatisch gehalten aber traf genau meinem Geschmack. Alles da von Cerialien über Salat Obst Reisgerichte Nudelgerichte Suppen Eier usw. Sogar Dim Sum gab es. Kaffee ok Säfte naja. Tische könnten sauberer sein. Pool Anlage sah ok aus haben wir nicht genutzt. Essen an der Poolbar lecker, Preise Bier und Essen jedoch teuer. Sanitärbereich öffentlich sehr sauber. Beachhandtücher kostenlos. Wir hatten 4 Wochen gebucht und jeden 2 Tag Obst auf dem Zimmer bekommen. Desweiteren waren 3 Glaschen Wasser und 3 Erfrischungsgetränke umsonst. Dazu noch endliche Chips und Knabberzeug. Bier im Kühlschrank kostet 70baht das ist auch ok. Zimmer etwas hellhörig und manche meinen die Zimmertüren zu knallen zu müssen, schreckliche Touristen findet man überall. Hotel liegt ca 200m vom Strand, ruhigere Zone für uns top. Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Hotel würden wieder buchen.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Something was not working properly and it was done in a few minutes. Rooms large and bright with small balconies. Smoking in rooms prohibited (as everywhere) but permitted on the balconies, so the smoke from your neighbors comes to your room ... might be a solution if smoking will also not be permitted on balconies on one side of the hotel ... Roof terrace is designed in a nice style and seperated in small sections, but there and at the pool is always loud pop-music ... sometimes a break or removing some loudspeakers to create a silent relax area would be great ... Most of the guests from Asia and Russia.

Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen. Positiv: - Gute Coktails auf der Dachterrasse, gute Preise (Mojito u.a. für THB 195; in der Happy Hour zwei Cocktails für THB 250) - gute Küche auf der Dachterrasse, angemessene Preise (Pad Kra Pao THB 129, Fried Rice THB 129/169) - Suppenstation für Reisnudelsuppe zum Frühstück - freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter (ich wurde gefragt, wie mir das Hotel gefällt; es gab eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses zum neuen Jahr) - an der Rezeption können Handtücher für den Strand ausgeliehen werden (natürlich auch oben am Pool) - Nähe zum Big Market Jomtien (dort Pad Kra Pao mit Ei für THB 50!) Negativ: - Frühstück ist typischer Thai-Standard - Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, volle Sonneneinstrahlung - Service auf der Dachterrasse sehr langsam - Sonnenliegen auf der Dachterrasse durchgelegen - Pool für kleine Kinder ungeeignet, Pooltiefe 90 bis 120 cm - kein Laptop-Safe - der Frühstücksraum ist nicht schön - Toilettensitz auf dem WC schief montiert, was den Handlungsspielraum mit der Brause einschränkte - Notausgang war versperrt! Man konnte in dem zentralenTreppenhaus nicht von der 4. in den 3. Etage runtergehen, da das Treppenhaus wegen Renovierung versperrt war. Ich habe das angesprochen. Es gibt wohl noch ein zweites Treppenhaus, in dem man runtergehen kann. Das war aber nicht erkennbar.
