入住很多次了, 但不知怎的 今次住的挺失望 今次是我在泰國住那麼久以來 床是最細的一次 還有要給DEPOSIT 較為不方便 WIFI間中失靈 空調不太夠 除此之外 其它還算不錯

房間寬敞舒適，交通便利，不錯的酒店。
房間非常寬敞，好舒適!酒店職員服務態度好好，交通方便，附近就有商店食肆。唯獨是浴室花灑水力比較弱，但不是大問題。整體十分滿意!再到芭堤雅的話，會再入住。

很寬敞且服務很不錯的飯店
房間真的很寬敞，只是可能飯店年分比較高，所以整體感覺不是那麼整潔，但整體很棒。房間有給了一個小廚房的空間，卻沒有給可以加熱的電磁爐和可以煮東西的小鍋子，但有附餐碗盤，而且隔一天會幫忙洗碗盤，覺得很貼心。

酒店不是新酒店，泳池有兩個，頗細的泳池。但房間非常整潔，衞生情況理想，酒店早餐不錯，有24小時駁車服務，是不錯的選擇。

酒店房間整潔,隔音可以,浴室水力差少少問題不太大。 員工有禮。早餐不錯。 附近有便利店,步行宵夜飲酒也不遠,很近荷里活。

今次係第一次入住，我地一行六人，本人年年都會黎芭堤雅，平同貴的酒店我都住過。我較中意酒店的露台，夠大。我地6個人一齊食煙都夠，而且房間都算大，都好夠我地一齊玩。但2，3樓沖涼水壓差d,4樓就好好多，所以見意卜4樓會好d.酒店位置有d遠，但24小時有免費車出去，而且好快就有車，所以係可以接受。

酒店前台職員服務質素高，房間整潔舒適，酒店更有24小時出車及pick up服務，但只限去到「芒果店」。另外，酒店更設有按摩店、游泳池及餐廳等，收費合理。特別要推薦酒店餐廳，超級物超所值，大家試試就知！

Although the hotel is not located in a very convinence place, the hotel provide 24 hour shuttle golf car service. The room is big and good. The staff is nice and friendly.

There was noise overnight from a nightclub to the rear of the hotel so we changed room to the front and that was much better. The Reception staff were sympathetic to our request and acted on it quickly. In fact the staff were generally polite, friendly and helpful. Some guests, however, were very noisy when returning to their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Perhaps the hotel could put up some signs to ask people to respect other guests ? We were very comfortable in the hotel and enjoyed the facilities. Breakfast was relaxed, varied and plentiful The hotel had a shuttle to take guests to places locally, much appreciated.

Hotellin henkilökunta vastasi kysymyksiin pääsääntöisesti moitteetta paitsi shuttle-palvelun toiminta jäi epäselväksi. Kysyin mihin paikkoihin sillä pääsee ja millä aikavälillä, johon henkilökunta kertoi että paikkoja on useita ja palvelu on käytössä, jos paikalla sattuu olemaan joku kuljettaja. Hotellin aamiainen oli hyvä ja uima-allas rauhallinen. Hotellista löytyy kaksi uima-allasta. Mukava lisä oli hyvin toimiva pyykkipalvelu.
