Not good environments for ladies. Dirty. There are different from them reviews on Expedia. Not good at all. We are disappointed.

I had to leave this hotel after 2 nights having prepaid for 7. The reasons being: constant pounding noise from club below until 4.00-5.00 am; filthy dirty room; shower curtain with marks of human waste; the room next to mine used as short time facilities for a prostitute and his customers. Constantly phoned. Refused to answer all calls. No email address for hotel available. Totally unable to contact. I need a refund for 5 nights. You should not be promoting this 'hotel' on your website. It's disgusting.

A Revisit

Having stayed here many times over the years, I am pleased with the remodeling of the rooms with a fresh and bright decor. Since you are in Boys town and over a nightclub, it can be a little noisy into the night. The hotel offers limited services.

lovely small hotel

my room was very, very clean, with good smart tv, able to watch live football, good room service, my room was on the 3rd floor,and noise from local late night disco's can hardly just be heard, situated in the gay area, but able for my girlfriend to stay with me, hotel has nice friendly staff, hotel highly recommended, and would stay there again,

Right in the middle of Boyztown so close to bars and walking street. Lots of eateries nearby and centrally located on Pattaya beach. The hotel was reasonably priced. The bar below the room was noisy and kept me awake till about 4am on Sunday morning. So not good if you're a light sleeper.

Below the hotel is all gays pub , the loud music will come to stop only at 2-3am , I stay for two days luckily. The hotel staff never come to tidy the room ??? After they saw us left our room even though . Disappointed with the price I paid for ! Although is a festive season but really not worth this price at all .
