Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Only 2 complaints. Hotel has no elevator and my room was on the 4th floor. Many stairs. Second complaint was the bed. Bed was a typical Thai style mattress. Not comfortable. Overall. Hotel in a great area and the staff very nice. I would stay there again if I had a lower floor.

I was pleased with the nice music they play downstairs. I felt like I really enjoyed the atmosphere and partying around me even though my wife and me are close to 60 years old.

Day time management a discrace what a attitude would give dirty looks every morning totally ruined my stay beware this cannot be the first time this hotel has had complaints as daytime staff don't care about anyone apart from playing pool and giving dirty looks 😣😣😣

Day time management truly a discrace what a attitude would never advise anyone to go there she was rude to me and my partner on a daily basis including dirty looks every day and night totally ruined my stay beware !!! To top it off gave me a bill on leaving which I already paid ,if you know Thailand you haven't a leg to stand on

Great room in the heart of LK Metro. Please be advised that it is in a very busy and loud area. So if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday then this is not for you. But if you want to be in the thick of it you will have a great time here.

Great staff, Above a bar, so noisy until 2am
Great staff very friendly and helped where they could. Unfortunately, this hotel is above a bar. Very central, and if you do not intend to seep until 2 am then perfect. There is a live band in the bar that plays until 2am.

Billabong for night birds.
If you're a night bird into the nightlife and are going to be out anyway this place is for you. Right in the middle of LK metro over the busiest and noisiet bar. The music doesn't stop til around 2 am and the noise continues til 4 am. The rooms are large and clean and Wi-Fi works. The Thai staff are sweet and polite as usual. There is no elevator. So if you're physically challenged the stairs may be an issue.
