Excellent location. Close to two shopping malls and walking distance to the beach. The advertised room size includes the balcony which wasn’t usable. So the actual room space is a bit small. Basic room.

Budget lodging for locals, no pool or breakfast. I usually stay nearby but my regular place was twice the price. Older place, big room and bed, daily cleaning. Lousy shower with low pressure. Has microwave, refrigerator and tea kettle in room. Outside food and the beach a shore five minute walk away. Not recommended for foreign tourists.

직원은 친절하고 시설은 만족스러웠다. 하지만 그것은 바퀴벌레를 보기 전에 이야기다. 4박을 하는동안 매일 여러가지의 바퀴벌레를 보았다. 처음 하루이틀은 바퀴벌레를 잡았지만 내가 이길 수 없다는 걸 깨달았다. 그 다음부터는 항상 모든 곳에 불을 켜 놓고 음료수 조차도 마음대로 놓질못했다. 가장 충격적인 것은 전자레인지 안에서도 바퀴벌레를 보아서 간단히 음식을 데피기 전에 바퀴벌레를 먼저 구웠다. 마지막 사진이 서식지이다. 여기서 나와서 아래 있는 수건을 기어다닌다. 다행히 나는 내 수건을 가지고 갔었다.

一切都很好，地方大，地點近兩大商場，又近海灘。特別要讚洗衣機同乾衣機容量好大，可以一次過完成家庭需要。 但要提出家庭房只有一條鎖匙，仲要連接上電源開關咭，對家庭來說是有所不便，希望可以增加鎖匙數量。 下次來Pattaya玩，這間酒店必定為首選！

This is my second stay in 3 months I would recommend this little diamond of a place super friendly staff and with smiles and the house maids are very helpful rooms are very large and cleaned thoroughly with added bonus of microwave this is so convenient as you can warm your food and the security is good and parking is available.
